Refund policy

At Revanta Ethnic, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 7‑day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and price labels must remain attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • If a refund request is rejected, the product will be sent back to the purchaser’s delivery address.
    • Return shipping charges must be borne by the purchaser.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for size or product value, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Accessories
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Return to Origin (RTO) & Redelivery Charges
  • In cases where an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or customer unavailability, the customer shall bear the applicable redelivery charges for reshipping the order.
